By accessing or using services provided by TekXira ("Rjango", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Rjango provides SaaS products including Media Better and Growth Partner Portal, as well as custom software development services. Features and pricing may change with notice.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Use the service for spam or harassment
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Interfere with service operation
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by TekXira and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to our platform.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekXira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
